"Tradizionale" Traditional Balsamic from Acetaia-Leonardi. D.O.P. Certified to be aged a minimum of 12 years and produced in accordance with Traditional Methods of Balsamic production of Modena. Dark Brown in color thick syrup like consistency. Slightly sour yet sweet on the palate.
